Visual Splendor

Film and TV are largely visual mediums.  Theatre to an extent, is too.  (and of course there’s ART, painting, sculpture, photography) Visuals is everywhere.

I had a directing teacher once, say, “Mozz, in directing a play, you should be able to tell the actors to freeze and in that moment, you see the story you want to tell.”

Over the last few days, I have fallen totally in love with the work of Jason DeCaires Taylor.  His Artificial Reefs are nothing short of Stunning.  And in their own way, they tell magnificent stories, and what’s more exciting to me, they will continue to do so as nature takes its course.  So in a sense it is a collaboration between Man the Artist and God the Artist.

Magnificent.
